PG Electroplast Limited has reshaped the leadership and financial oversight of its wholly owned step-down subsidiary, Next Generation Manufacturers Private Limited (NGM). The board approved sweeping appointments during an October 24, 2026 meeting, according to a regulatory filing with the National Stock Exchange of India.

The shakeup arrives as PG Electroplast consolidates governance across its subsidiary network. Parent companies increasingly align auditing and board structures to streamline compliance and reduce operational friction.

Ruchika Bansal now joins NGM as a Non-Executive Independent Director. Her five year term starts October 24, 2026. Bansal brings more than two decades of consulting experience spanning wealth advisory, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and syndications. She holds a Commerce degree from SRCC at Delhi University and a postgraduate diploma in management from MDI Gurgaon.

Meanwhile, the board accepted the resignation of M/s. M.S. Barmecha & Co., Chartered Accountants, from the statutory auditor role. Directors acknowledged the firm’s professional contributions during its tenure.

As a result, M/s. B S R & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, takes over as NGM’s statutory auditors. Shareholder approval remains pending. Once secured, the appointment runs five years from October 24, 2026.

B S R & Co. LLP traces its origins to a 1990 partnership that converted to a limited liability partnership in 2013. The firm belongs to B S R & Affiliates, a network recognized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Its footprint includes over 4,000 employees and 170 partners across 14 locations. Notably, the firm audits numerous Indian listed companies, including industrial manufacturers.

The restructuring signals PG Electroplast’s push to harmonize financial auditing practices between NGM and its parent. Stronger governance frameworks promise a sharper competitive position down the line.
