Netradyne has acquired Moove Connected Mobility as the Reliance and SoftBank-backed startup accelerates its expansion into Europe. The acquisition marks a major step in Netradyne’s global growth strategy and strengthens its presence in one of the world’s most important fleet technology markets.
By combining its AI-powered fleet safety platform with Moove’s regional expertise, customer relationships, and operational capabilities, Netradyne aims to expand rapider across the European market.
Following the acquisition, Moove will become part of Netradyne Europe and serve as the company’s regional hub for sales, strategic partnerships, and customer engagement.
The combined business will focus on assisting enterprise fleet operators improve road safety, driver performance, and operational efficiency through AI-powered insights and connected mobility solutions.
The shift also allows Netradyne to offer a more unified technology platform across North America, Europe, and Asia, giving multinational fleet customers access to consistent services across regions.
Founded in 2015, Netradyne has emerged as one of the leading players in AI-based fleet management. The company has raised more than $260 million from investors including Reliance Industries and SoftBank.
Earlier in 2025, Netradyne raised $90 million in a Series D funding round, pushing its valuation above $1.3 billion and assisting it join the unicorn club.
While Netradyne serves thousands of fleet customers globally, Moove has built a strong reputation in Europe for connected, data-driven fleet optimization.
The acquisition positions Netradyne to deepen its footprint in Europe while expanding its global fleet ininformigence capabilities.
