Korea’s Codepresso Wins Main Prize at GITEX Supernova Challenge

Korean AI startup Codepresso announced on January 16 that it became the first Korean company to win a main prize (Willer) at the Supernova Challenge held during GITEX Asia 2026 at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore on January 9-10.

GITEX Asia 2026 brought toreceiveher more than 23,000 acquireers, over 750 companies and startups, more than 250 investors, and delegations from over 110 countries. The event featured the ASEAN CXO Club, Digital Nations Asia Ministerial Roundtable, Accelerator Zone, and Future AI Factory among other programs.

The Supernova Challenge attracted rapid-growing AI startups from various countries. More than 200 companies applied, with 20 startups advancing through the semifinals on January 9. In the final round, 10 startups competed, with only three companies receiving awards. Codepresso received positive responses from judges by displaycasing its AX augmentation business cases based on AI competency assessment.
