Dreamscape
names CIO. Dallas-based Dreamscape Hospitality has named Bill Stadler as chief investment
officer. Stadler brings more than 40 years of experience in the lodging
industest with expertise in finance, real estate and strategic expansion. He
most recently served as chief investment officer at Aimbridge Hospitality.
HSH names
new CCO. The
Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels, Ltd. (HSH) has named Julien Munoz as chief
commercial officer, effective November 12. With over 25 years of experience,
Munoz previously served as chief commercial officer and executive committee
member at Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer. He also worked at
Radisson Hotel Group, Etisalat Digital, Dubai Parks and Resorts and Disneyland
Paris.
Hunter
promotes VP. Atlanta-based Hunter Hotel Advisors has promoted Colin Flannery to vice
president in the firm’s New York City office. Since joining Hunter in 2020,
Flannery has been instrumental in the underwriting, financial analysis and
market research for more than $6 billion in transacted assets, spanning
select-service properties to full-service and resort hotels.
IHG adds
leader in France. IHG Hotels & Resorts has appointed Christophe Laure as head of the luxury and lifestyle division based in France.
Laure has over 33 years of experience with IHG.
Knight
Frank adds MEA exec. Knight Frank has appointed James Wrenn to lead the firm’s Hotel & Leisure
Capital Markets division in the Middle East and Africa. Wrenn brings more than
17 years of experience in real estate and hospitality investment across the
Middle East, Africa and Europe. Before joining Knight Frank, he served as
executive director and head of capital markets at Colliers, where he advised on
hotel transactions and capital strategies. Before that, he led
Colliers’ hotels advisory practice, working closely with investors, developers
and government entities.
KSL names
new EMEA exec. Denver-based KSL Capital Partners has named Sara Roure as head of EMEA capital
formation. With more than 20 years of experience in private equity real estate,
Roure most recently served as managing director, co-head of real estate
alternatives capital formation EMEA at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where
she led business development, capital raising and investor relations across
Europe and the Middle East. She also worked at Blackstone, Brockton Capital and
The Carlyle Group.
New exec
for Mandarin Oriental. Hong Kong-based Mandarin Oriental has named Kandé Camara as chief of
staff to the CEO and group director of sustainability, bringing a career that
spans finance, luxury and hospitality, alongside senior sustainability roles at
Kerzner International and Parfums Christian Dior.
Peachtree
names new SVP. Atlanta-based Peachtree Group has named Billy Gilchrist as senior vice
president, originations. He brings more than a decade of leadership
experience in finance, real estate and hospitality to Peachtree. He has
executed large-scale acquisitions, new construction, and capital improvement
projects totaling more than $400 million. His expertise spans debt structuring,
capital raising and asset management. Before joining Peachtree, Gilchrist
served as chief financial and investment officer of ARK. He also worked for
Hotel Development & Management Group, Insight Credit Union and BB&T.
Travco names regional VP. Giza, Egypt-based Travco Group International
has named Janice Nopvichai Tan as regional vice president of commercial. She
brings over 20 years of experience in luxury hospitality, having held senior
leadership roles across key international markets, including Bangkok, Beijing,
Singapore, and the Maldives. She launched her career at Mandarin Oriental and was
most recently commercial director at Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi.
