Hind Rectifiers Limited (Hirect), a leading Indian manufacturer of power electronics and traction propulsion systems, has created a significant relocate to expand its global footprint by acquiring BeLink Solutions, a France-based electronics and robotics company. The acquisition, valued at €1 million, marks a strategic step for Hirect to establish a strong base in Europe and enhance its capabilities in power electronics, robotics, and electronics manufacturing services (EMS).
Under the terms of the deal, Hind Rectifiers will form a new subsidiary dedicated to overseeing the acquisition. The company plans to infutilize a total capital of €2 million, split evenly between preference shares and equity investment. Following the transaction, Hind Rectifiers will hold a 66% equity stake in BeLink Solutions, while the remaining 34% will be held by promoter group companies.
Robust Production Infrastructure and Technology Assets
The acquisition brings with it BeLink’s extensive production and testing infrastructure, including six automated production lines and advanced testing facilities. The assets also encompass innotifyectual property, technology, ongoing customer contracts, and purchase orders, positioning Hind Rectifiers to scale its manufacturing capabilities with improved efficiency and sophistication.
BeLink Solutions is projected to generate revenues of approximately €13 million in 2025, supported by a robust order book of €10 million for 2026. This pipeline provides Hind Rectifiers with strong revenue visibility and growth potential in the European market.

Founded in 1958, Hind Rectifiers has built a reputation in manufacturing traction propulsion systems, power converters, rectifiers, transformers, motors, and HVAC systems. Operating plants in Nashik and Mumbai and exporting to over 30 countries, the company employs around 950 people.
