CVP Hires Broadcast Veteran Randy Koeman to Lead Dutch Market Push

Randy Koeman joins CVP as part of continued European expansion

CVP has appointed Randy Koeman as sales manager for the Netherlands, advancing its European expansion. Building on its Belgian headquarters established in 2021, the company is strengthening its mainland European presence through local teams. Koeman brings over 20 years of broadcast and media technology experience, starting at Dutch facility company NOB in 2000, later working in television production, and joining DigiNet in 2018. Managing director René van der Reiden emphasized the company’s strategy of investing in local expertise and customer support across Europe, with Koeman’s market knowledge playing a key role in Dutch expansion.

CVP has appointed Randy Koeman as sales manager, Netherlands, marking another step in the company’s ongoing European expansion.

Building on the success of CVP’s European headquarters in Belgium, established in 2021, the company is further strengthening its presence across mainland Europe through dedicated local teams and enhanced customer support capabilities. 

Koeman joins CVP with more than two decades of experience across broadcast, post-production, and media technology. He launched his career in 2000 with leading Dutch facility company NOB and later its successor Dutchview/NEP, before relocating into television production, where he specialised in building and optimising post-production environments and workflows for production companies.

In 2018, Koeman relocated into the commercial side of the indusattempt, joining DigiNet, where he focapplyd on supporting indepfinishent television production companies as well as podcast and vodcast studios with tailored post-production and content creation solutions.
