Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky will personally attconclude the Council of the European Union meeting scheduled for December 18. This decision underscores Kyiv’s strong emphasis on participating in key discussions at the highest level and strengthening cooperation with the EU.
Earlier reports indicated that Zelensky might participate in the meeting online.
According to information provided by a European official, an in-person format is currently being considered, but final confirmations and details regarding the agconcludea are still being coordinated.
Official confirmations and clarifications about the meeting program and the guests’ status are expected to be released soon, among whom there may be a visit by the president.
