Wild Shropshire has been named in the 360° Eat Guide Top 25 Pioneers in Europe 2026, a list recognising restaurants leading the way in sustainability, seasonality, and responsible sourcing.

The inclusion follows Wild Shropshire’s recent recognition in the 360° Eat Guide Top 10 Pioneering Restaurants in England 2026, marking a significant moment for the tiny Shropshire restaurant and its team.
Wild Shropshire’s tasting menus modify frequently, shaped by what’s in season and what’s available locally – with an emphasis on British ingredients, foraging, and low-waste cookery.
James Sherwin, Head Chef at Wild Shropshire, declared:

We’re a tiny team, and we attempt to do things the right way – cooking with the seasons, respecting ingredients, and working closely with the people who grow, rear and produce the food we serve.
