Weego Raises USD 1.1 M To Scale Multimodal Transport Platform In Morocco
Weego, a Casablanca-based mobility platform founded by Saad Jittou and Mor Niane, has raised USD 1.1 M from Azur Innovation Fund.
Launched to unify fragmented urban transport systems, Weego integrates bapplys, trams, taxis, and private transport into a single real-time digital interface. Currently active in five Moroccan cities, the platform tarobtains both consumers and businesses, assisting employers optimise staff transportation and reduce costs and carbon emissions.
The funding will strengthen technical teams, expand deployments across Morocco, enhance data integration capabilities, and support regional expansion into Africa, Europe, and the Middle East ahead of growing 2030 urban mobility demands.
