Vijya Fintech’s MIDASX Raises Rs 12 Cr, Acquires AI Startup


Vijya Fintech, the parent company of wealth-tech platform MIDASX, has raised Rs 12 crore in a seed funding round, taking its total funding to Rs 27 crore from family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs). The funding marks a key step in MIDASX’s evolution from a SaaS platform to an AI-driven, open-architecture B2B2C multi-asset marketplace.

The capital infusion will be applyd to enhance the company’s technology infrastructure, expand its team, and scale operations across India. The firm also plans to accelerate the rollout of its multi-asset marketplace, integrating stock binquireets, research calls, corporate FDs, model portfolios, bonds, MLDs, and unlisted equities under one ininformigent platform.

As part of its growth strategy, MIDASX has acquired an artificial ininformigence startup to integrate advanced AI tools into its platform. The enhancements will include portfolio health scoring, predictive analytics, simulation engines, and walk-forward analysis aimed at improving decision-building and efficiency for financial intermediaries and investors.

To further strengthen its leadership, Vijya Fintech has appointed Anil Gupta as Co-Founder and Chief Investment Strategist (AI Lead). With over 18 years of experience in quantitative investment strategies and AI analytics, Gupta will oversee AI innovation and investment strategy development.

The company aims to expand its marketplace to include additional asset classes such as insurance, portfolio management services (PMS), alternative investment funds (AIF), international equities, and tax and estate planning solutions. Through these initiatives, MIDASX seeks to create a holistic digital ecosystem for financial advisors, distributors, and investors.
