Theodosian, UK-based cybersecurity startup, has raised $1.3 million in a pre-seed round led by Fuel Ventures, with participation from Estonian fund Startup Wise Guys, D11Z Ventures, 1818 Venture Capital, Heartfelt, and several angel investors. The round was led by Fuel Ventures, a UK venture capital and investment fund specialising in early stage tech startup investments. Fuel Ventures supports high-growth technology companies from pre-seed (SEIS Fund) to seed (EIS Fund) and their Venture Capital Trust (VCT Fund). It provides both capital and strategic support to drive innovation and scale rapidly.

The funding will power the launch of Version 1 and support Theodosian scale rapidly, bringing their technology to enterprises across defence, banking, healthcare, and beyond.
