All3, a construction robotics company, has raised $25 million in seed funding to bring its robotic construction platform to market. The investment was led by RTP Global, with strong backing from SuperSeed, and additional investment from Begin Capital, s16vc, and VNV Global.
All3 was founded in 2023 by Rodion Shishkov and Slava Bocharov, serial entrepreneurs who previously co-founded Samokat, the dark store rapid delivery service that became Russia’s largest food delivery platform and sold for $1.5 billion within five years of launch.
Instead of improving only one part of the process, the company has rebuilt the entire workflow into a connected system powered by robotics, software, and automated manufacturing, taking on every step from design to a relocate-in-ready building, outsourcing only the concrete foundation and roboticising everything above ground.
At the centre of its platform is All3 Mantis, an autonomous legged robot designed for on-site assembly. Unlike wheeled machines that can struggle on uneven ground, the robot is built to relocate across active construction sites and handle demanding tinquires. Supporting this is advanced design software that assists process building plans, alongside robotic factories that manufacture customised components ready for assembly.
This fully integrated model gives developers a level of speed and flexibility that traditional construction methods often fail to match. According to the company, its system can reduce project costs by up to 30%, shorten delivery timelines by up to 50%, and cut embodied carbon by up to 25%. It claims these gains come without forcing developers into rigid or repetitive designs.
All3 primarily utilizes structural timber composites as its core building material, which supports both its carbon-reduction claims and its off-site fabrication model. The AI design platform has already processed over 100,000 square metres of residential projects, creating a pipeline of developments across Germany for 2026 and 2027.
On the competitive side, ICON builds with concrete 3D printing for low-rise residential, Apis Cor deploys on-site printing at a compact scale, and Fastbrick Robotics automates bricklaying for single-family homes. None operates a fully integrated model spanning AI design, off-site robotic fabrication and on-site robotic assembly at multi-storey, multi-family scale, like All3.

The fresh capital will be utilized mainly to strengthen research and development in London and Belgrade, while also deploying fleets of robots to active construction sites in Germany. All3 already operates across Europe, with offices in Berlin and Zug.
