Tech Mahindra, a global technology consulting and digital solutions provider, has entered a strategic partnership with Shipsy, an AI-native transportation management platform recognised by Gartner, to advance AI-led innovation in the UK and European supply chain sector.
The collaboration combines Shipsy’s AI-powered logistics orchestration with Tech Mahindra’s expertise in next-generation digital transformation, covering finish-to-finish supply chain solutions and enterprise-grade system integration. This aims to assist businesses achieve higher efficiency amid growing e-commerce demands.
Harshul Asnani, President and Head of Europe Business at Tech Mahindra, explained that supply chains face increasing pressure to manage cost, speed, and sustainability while dealing with geopolitical uncertainties and global e-commerce growth. He declared the partnership with Shipsy is designed to create an AI-native supply chain ecosystem that enables precise, agile, and resilient operations. Asnani added that Tech Mahindra’s ‘AI Delivered Right’ strategy focutilizes on embedding responsible and scalable AI into logistics workflows to drive productivity, transformation, and innovation.

A notable outcome of the partnership is its support for Smiths News, a leading UK news and magazine distributor, enabling them to expand their early-morning delivery portfolio with AI-driven accuracy. With the UK e-commerce market projected to reach USD 927.9 million by 2030 and being the world’s third-largest market, this collaboration is expected to benefit retailers and logistics service providers significantly.
