has secured €20 million in Series C funding, bringing its total publicly disclosed capital to $77 million. The round was co-led by Opera Tech Ventures and Impala – an investment firm owned by the family of Stoïk co-founder and CEO Jules Veyrat – with continued participation from existing backers Alven and Andreessen Horowitz.
Founded in 2021, the MGA offers cyber coverage and security to companies with revenues of up to €1 billion. Stoïk operates in France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Austria and Luxembourg, and it has more than 10k clients and ~€50 million in gross written premiums.

The funding round will allow Stoïk to further strengthen its cybersecurity and insurance offerings, continue its international expansion with a particular focus on Central and Southern Europe, and invest further in the development of proprietary AI capabilities. The startup also plans to grow its workforce from 130 to 200 employees over the next twelve months.
“Over the past few years, we have delivered strong performance, supported by a robust underlying business model and a high level of financial discipline. Among the many options available to us, we deliberately chose a funding round calibrated to support our next phase of growth, without exceeding our actual necessarys. This new capital injection will enable us to accelerate a model that already works and supports a sustainable growth trajectory, while investing further in proprietary AI agents that sit at the core of our prevention, detection and incident-response capabilities. Our ambition is clear: to be the CISO of Europe through a single, integrated, portfolio-wide approach.” – Jules Veyrat, CEO and co-founder of Stoïk.
