Live Nation is bankrolling a new venture called Creator Nation, a full-service platform designed to help digital creators scale their businesses across content, commerce, brand deals, and live events. The entertainment giant plans to acquire management firms and adjacent companies as part of the strategy.
The move signals a major bet on the creator economy, a sector that has matured rapidly but still lacks the infrastructure available to traditional entertainment businesses. Meanwhile, Live Nation brings both capital and logistical muscle, particularly around live experiences, which remain one of the fastest-growing revenue streams for creators.
Creator Nation will operate under co-founders Alexis and Scott Fisher. Alexis previously founded Timeline Management, acquired by Live Nation in 2024. Scott founded Select Management Group, later sold to Propagate. Both bring years of experience steering creator careers toward large-scale brand extensions.
“We both started in the space in the prehistoric days of the creator world, and we obviously had no resources when we were building our first management companies,” Scott Fisher said. “The creator economy is relatively young but growing quickly.”
The service model works like a menu, Alexis Fisher explained. Creators can tap specific resources, whether for live touring, brand partnerships, or commerce, without needing full-service management. That flexibility targets everyone from top-500 YouTubers to niche operators pulling in millions annually.
Michael Rapino, Live Nation’s president and CEO, framed creators as increasingly running entertainment businesses that mirror broader media companies. “Scott and Alexis understand how to help talent build those businesses for the long term, and we see a lot of opportunity to support that growth,” he said.
Scott Fisher emphasized the shift away from algorithm-dependent attention. The goal, he said, involves converting passive followers into paying fans who show up repeatedly. As the creator economy continues to consolidate, Creator Nation positions itself to capture talent at multiple stages of growth.
