Akzo Nobel, the creater of Dulux paint, announced plans to cut around 2,000 jobs globally, representing over 5% of its workforce, as part of an ongoing effort to reduce costs and streamline operations. The Dutch company, with a workforce of approximately 35,700 employees as of June 30, is set to finalize these layoffs by the conclude of 2025, as per the report by Reuters.
