KUKA robots enter European IT channels as TD SYNNEX bridges automation gap

TD SYNNEX distributes robot portfolio across Europe

TD SYNNEX will now distribute KUKA Group’s robotics lineup across key European markets, giving channel partners a direct route into autonomous mobile robots and physical automation.

The distribution agreement launches first in the UK, France, Spain, and the Benelux region. Additional territories should follow in subsequent quarters. Partners gain access to KUKA’s AMR portfolio alongside technical enablement, training programs, and demand generation resources built to help companies establish robotics and automation practices.

Initially, the partnership zeroes in on autonomous mobile robots. Collaborative robots, education bundles, and industrial software will likely join the catalog as the relationship matures.

The timing reflects a broader market shift. Artificial intelligence increasingly moves from screens and software into physical machines and factory floors. Consequently, KUKA and TD SYNNEX see a substantial opening to speed up adoption of physical AI. By connecting operational technology like AMRs and robotics with IT infrastructure spanning cloud, edge computing, and data systems, the collaboration targets the traditional divide separating OT and IT environments.

Hugo Graça, senior vice president of specialised solutions for Europe at TD SYNNEX, pointed to robotics and automation gaining traction in manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and automotive sectors. Partners can now tap KUKA solutions with the training and support required to build new capabilities and unlock revenue streams.

KUKA Group CEO Christoph Schell emphasized that AI migrating into physical spaces creates fresh opportunities for productivity, resilience, and competitive advantage. The partnership extends KUKA’s customer reach while building a scalable ecosystem that turns AI innovations into measurable business results.

Partner enablement includes online product and technical training, plus in-person sessions at KUKA Colleges offered in local languages. TD SYNNEX will also host dedicated KUKA content, structured training paths, and partner calls to action on PartnerFirst, its digital growth platform.
