BANGKOK — Middle power nations in Asia and the rest of the world should come toreceiveher to deal with disruptions cautilized by the U.S.-Iran war, former Thai Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva declared, as repercussions from the conflict threaten countries around the globe.
