European tech dealmaking surged in late June and early July 2026, with over 55 funding rounds totaling more than €1.6 billion tracked alongside 10 exits and M&A transactions. Germany’s Quantum Systems led the week with a $1.2 billion raise at an $8 billion valuation, while Finland’s IQM became the first European quantum computing company to list on a major U.S. exchange. Other highlights included InSoil’s €120 million raise and Ipsen’s planned €700 million acquisition of Memo Therapeutics.
