DWS has appointed Lucy Williams as head of client coverage for EMEA real estate.
Williams, who has more than two decades of experience in real estate distribution, capital raising, investor relations and business development across the UK, European and global institutional markets, joins DWS as a managing director based in London.
She was most recently head of client capital, UK and European investor relations at Savills Investment Management, where she oversaw UK capital raising and European investor relations and global consultant relations. Prior to this, she spent eight years at M&G Real Estate, ultimately becoming head of business development and investor relations.
In her new role, she will oversee client coverage activity and capital formation for DWS’s real estate equity and debt strategies across EMEA, as well as lead European real estate investor relations efforts.
