Dubai founders now incorporate US companies across all 50 states without lawyers

doola Formation API Powers US Company Setup Inside Incorpify's Multi-Jurisdiction Business Platform

doola’s Formation API now handles US company setup directly inside Incorpify’s platform, eliminating the need for founders to bounce between separate incorporation services. The integration means a founder in Dubai or Milan can form an American LLC or C Corporation without ever leaving the dashboard they already use to run their business.

The move targets a stubborn friction point for overseas founders. Many arrive at Incorpify seeking entry to the US market, only to hit a wall: forming a US entity typically demands a lawyer, a filing agent, and several weeks of waiting. Meanwhile, the payoff stays the same for everyone. A bank account, a payment processor, US customers, a first hire, an investor who will only wire funds to a domestic entity.

Under the new arrangement, doola submits the state filing, secures the EIN, assigns the registered agent, and provides the business address. Every formation through Incorpify includes the state filing, articles of organization, an EIN, first-year registered agent service, and a business address. Coverage spans all 50 states for both US and non-US founders, including Delaware C Corporations. Doola’s annual report filings, live on its API since September 21, 2026, become a recurring add-on for Incorpify as well.

Incorpify co-founder and CEO Luca Rubino framed the partnership around intelligent coordination rather than redundant product building. “You do not need to recreate every great product in the market,” he said. “You need to connect the right platforms, professionals, financial institutions, and technologies around the customer.” Doola CEO Arjun Mahadevan echoed the practicality of the fit, noting that founders outside the US rarely struggle with the idea. They struggle getting a real entity in place so they can bank, get paid, hire, and raise.

Incorpify, founded in 2025 by Rubino and COO Kai Schildhauer, operates from Washington, D.C. and Dubai’s financial district. Backed by Plug and Play, the company serves more than 300 B2B clients and specializes in founders expanding across the US, Middle East, and Europe. Formation was the first capability Incorpify chose to source rather than build, joining a roster of doola API integrations that includes Ramp, Whop, Naïve, and HelloGov. Each reaches a different founder profile, from venture-backed C Corps to creators forming LLCs to AI agents incorporating without human clicks.

For Incorpify, formation plugs the gap before everything else it handles: accounting, tax, visas, banking, insurance, payroll, and legal. The company’s stated aim remains running a company from one account across three regions. Doola’s in-house filing teams, rather than white-labeled third parties, handle the state submissions, meaning founders keep the same provider for annual reports and registered agent renewals down the line.

The integration runs on doola’s Partner API, with two surfaces built against it: a client-facing dashboard for founders and an internal back office for Incorpify operators. No second account, no handoff to a different brand. For a founder in Europe or the Middle East, the path into the US market just collapsed into a single flow.

As Mahadevan put it: “Formation is the first step, not the finish line.” Doola has spent six years building US company formation for founders across 175 countries. Incorpify now extends that foundation into cross-border operating infrastructure. Together, they offer one path into the US market and one place to run the company once it exists.
