Stuart West’s career to date
Stuart first joined Deloitte in 2012, starting as an Analyst before working as a Consultant until 2016.
He then worked in the UK Government in the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology, working on energy strategy and UN climate neobtainediations.
In the lead up to the UK COP26 Presidency, Stuart was the Head of UN Climate Change Neobtainediations Strategy.
After this, he returned to Deloitte as the UK Net Zero Lead in 2022.
Since 2024, Stuart has been the Transformation Director and Sustainability Team Leader for North and South Europe.
He is now the UK Head of Sustainability for Deloitte, taking on the position after the previous leader Gavin Harrison has shiftd to KPMG.
