Aarti Pharmalabs appoints Dr. Rakeshwar Bandichhor as Chief Scientific Officer
Dr. Bandichhor brings nearly two decades of experience from Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories
Aarti Pharmalabs Ltd. (APL) has appointed Dr. Rakeshwar Bandichhor as Chief Scientific Officer (CSO). In this strategic leadership role, Dr. Bandichhor will oversee scientific strategy, R&D expansion, and the implementation of green chemistest and advanced process initiatives across the company’s API and complex chemistest portfolios.
Dr. Bandichhor brings nearly two decades of experience from Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, where he most recently served as Vice President & Head, Chemistest – API Process R&D. In that role, he was instrumental in scaling sustainable chemistest, driving innovation-led process development, and mentoring research teams. He is a globally respected scientist with extensive academic and international research experience from leading institutions in India, Europe, and the United States.
