Blume Ventures Secures $175 Mn In First Close Of Fifth Fund


Early-stage venture capital firm Blume Ventures has secured USD 175 million in the first close of its fifth fund, setting the stage for a final close of USD 250–275 million by early 2026, as per media reports.

The firm, marking its 15th anniversary, continues to attract strong participation from existing limited partners along with new institutional investors, corporates, multilateral institutions, and family offices.

Blume has assets under management (AUM) exceeding USD 800 million across five funds and related investment vehicles, managed by teams in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Gift City, and San Francisco.

The fund has begun deploying capital across early-stage startups in health-tech (Mave Health, Confido), consumer (Lucira, Ozi), fintech (PowerUp Money), and deep-tech (iDO) segments.

The firm reported strong portfolio growth and substantial exit momentum from its earlier funds, with aggregate distributions exceeding USD 80 million across all funds in 2025. Blume’s upcoming IPO pipeline includes Turtlemint, which has filed its DRHP with market regulators.
