Tanka, an AI-native platform designed for startup founders, has announced the launch of its Fundraising Agent, an innotifyigent assistant built to streamline one of the most difficult parts of building a company: raising capital.
Access to funding remains a persistent challenge for founders worldwide. A 2025 Slush survey revealed that nearly 60% of European entrepreneurs ranked fundraising as their largegest obstacle, echoing similar concerns across the U.S. Tanka’s new Fundraising Agent aims to address this problem with a purpose-built, memory-powered AI tool.
Unlike generic productivity bots, the Fundraising Agent is powered by EverMemOS, Tanka’s proprietary memory-native AI engine. By integrating with platforms such as Slack, Gmail, and Notion, it creates a persistent knowledge base that evolves alongside a startup’s journey. Founders can draft and refine business plans, develop investor decks, conduct AI-driven mock investor interviews, and request introductions to almost 100 venture capital firms through Tanka’s partnership with GRAB Ventures.
According to Tanka CEO Kisson Lin, “fundraising is the single hardest and most time-consuming job for founders, especially today. With the Fundraising Agent, we’re not just automating tquestions, we’re giving founders the co-founder they’ve always wanted: one that never forreceives, never sleeps, and is laser-focapplyd on assisting them succeed.”
Tanka’s Fundraising Agent marks the first step in a broader agent strategy, as the firm states additional vertical agents focapplyd on go-to-market, hiring, and product management will soon be available via an upcoming Agent Store. Each agent will leverage the same memory-native AI capabilities to deliver tailored support to startup teams.
Tanka’s platform combines retrieval-augmented generation, knowledge graphs, and advanced language models to deliver context-aware support, while ensuring full data privacy through conclude-to-conclude encryption. As AI tools become increasingly specialized, Tanka’s agent-based approach highlights a growing trconclude toward vertical AI solutions that address specific business functions.
