The Company has called a Board Meeting on September 3, 2025, with a new notice highlighting key proposals. The Company will discuss raising funds through the issuance of different classes of debt securities, either in Canada or outside of Canada, in one or more tranches, subject to receipt of the necessary regulatory approvals.
