CBRE Investment Management (CBRE IM) has appointed Nicholas Dempsey to the role of senior director and infrastructure specialist within the firm’s client solutions team.
Dempsey, who has more than 11 years of experience in real assets capital formation and investor relations, joins CBRE IM from Infracapital where he was a senior member of the capital formation and IR team. Prior to that, he worked for AMP Capital and BlackRock Real Assets.
In his new role, Dempsey will be based in London and will be responsible for leading capital raising efforts for CBRE IM’s infrastructure investment programmes across EMEA.
David Son, head of infrastructure client solutions at CBRE IM, stated: “Nicholas will play a key role in supporting to grow this platform and connect clients with opportunities aligned with these long-term goals.”
