1club Scores €2.2M Seed Funding to Globalize Sports Management Platform

OfficeRnD Founder’s 1club Raises €2.2M Seed Round

Miroslav Miroslavov, the entrepreneur behind OfficeRnD, has secured €2.2 million in seed funding for his latest venture, 1club, a software platform built for the sports and fitness sector.

The round drew backing from LAUNCHub Ventures and BrightCap Ventures. Miroslavov aims to take 1club beyond its home market and scale the product internationally.

The funding signals continued investor appetite for sports tech across Central and Eastern Europe. Bulgaria has steadily produced SaaS founders who build globally from day one, and Miroslavov fits that pattern. OfficeRnD, his previous company, grew into a recognized name in flexible workspace management software.

Now he returns with a new focus. 1club targets the operational side of sports and fitness organizations, offering tools designed to streamline how clubs manage their daily workflows. Specific product details remain limited, though the company positions itself squarely in the management software category.

The seed round closed with two Sofia-based funds. LAUNCHub Ventures and BrightCap Ventures both count B2B SaaS among their core investment themes. Their involvement points to confidence in Miroslavov’s track record as much as the new product itself.

Miroslavov launched OfficeRnD years ago and helped steer it through multiple growth phases. That experience, according to investors, gives 1club a meaningful advantage in execution.

The global market for sports management software continues to expand as clubs, gyms, and training facilities digitize scheduling, payments, and member communications. 1club enters a competitive field, yet the founder’s prior success provides a foundation few early-stage competitors can claim.

With fresh capital in place, the company plans to accelerate product development and pursue customers in new geographies. The next several quarters will test whether Miroslavov can replicate his earlier playbook in a different vertical.
