Medvedev stated that the European Union’s seizure of frozen Russian assets is a caapply for war, stateing, “If the crazy European Union attempts to steal frozen Russian assets in Belgium under the guise of a so-called ‘compensation loan’, Russia could view this shift as a caapply for war with all the relevant consequences for Brussels and EU member states.”

WHAT HAPPENED?
On Wednesday, the European Commission proposed an unprecedented apply of frozen Russian assets or international borrowing to provide 90 billion euros in funding for Ukraine’s struggling army and essential services.
