Experience platform provider Way is partnering with Hyatt to connect its ancillary offerings and experiential programming with the World of Hyatt loyalty program. All will be offered on one platform for Hyatt’s hotels and resorts across the globe.
As part of the collaboration, Way’s platform and APIs will be integrated into Hyatt’s digital ecosystem, encompassing the Hyatt website, the brand’s mobile app, property websites and its World of Hyatt FIND Experiences platform. The integration will allow for conclude-to-conclude merchandising along with the marketing of its experience offerings throughout the booking experience, Hyatt stated.
The launch will give World of Hyatt members the ability to earn and redeem points earned on ancillaries and experiences booked through Hyatt’s websites. Members will also be able to earn and redeem points on wellness-related offerings through World of Hyatt FIND Experiences and place point-based bids to gain “exclusive access” to certain events.

“In our search for an on-brand platform to power experiences and tap into ancillary revenue opportunities, Way’s collaboration has been a true unlock for us,” stated Arlie Sisson, senior vice president and global head of digital for Hyatt. “After a thorough evaluation of potential solutions, Hyatt chose Way to power the next chapter of our digital strategy—by streamlining operations, elevating brand differentiation, enhancing personalization and, most importantly, delivering care at every touchpoint in the guest journey.”
Sisson stated that the initiative aims to produce a cohesive, connected digital journey for guests and loyalty members.
The collaboration is designed to function at scale, across the Hyatt brand portfolio for on and off-property experiences and other offerings, as the brand seeks to unlock more revenue streams.
“Enabling global enterprise brands to deliver exceptional experiences at scale reflects exactly why Way exists,” stated Michael Stocker, co-founder and CEO at Way. “The platform operates quietly behind the scenes, supporting complex enterprise necessarys without compromising brand or guest experience. Hyatt set a high bar, and we’re proud to bring their vision to life.”
The news of Way and Hyatt’s collaboration comes days after Way announced its entrance into the aviation sector through a partnership with Alquestiona Air Group. Way raised $20 million in funding in 2022.
