RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP) _ Vyant Bio, Inc. (VYNT) on Monday reported a loss of $7.4 million in its first quarter.
On a per-share basis, the Rutherford, New Jersey-based company declared it had a loss of $2.31. Losses, adjusted to extinguish debt and for costs related to mergers and acquisitions, were 85 cents per share.
The diagnostics company posted revenue of $222,000 in the period.
In the final minutes of trading on Monday, the company’s shares hit $3.36. A year ago, they were trading at $2.83.
