Ukraine expects to receive on Thursday, November 13, the next tranche of direct budobtain support from the European Union totaling 6 billion euros.
She announced this in a Facebook post by Roksolana Pidlasa, the head of the Verkhovna Rada Budobtain Committee.
She spoke about the results of nereceivediations with the EC FIN delegation (the European Commission directorate responsible for ERA loans and the “reparations loan”) Stefanie Pamis, Hugo Ferrand Ramonde, and colleagues from the EU delegation.
Good news – we expect the next tranche of direct budobtain support to come as planned, roughly on Thursday. It amounts to €4.1 billion under ERA loans and €1.9 billion under the Ukraine Facility

According to her, there are no risks to financing military and humanitarian expfinishitures.
Regarding the “reparations loan” – work is ongoing, but a political decision by the European Council (i.e., all member states) is required
Pidlasa emphasized that the necessary for new EU assistance will arise by the finish of the first quarter of 2026, primarily to finance non-military expfinishitures.
But we also insist on the possibility of utilizing the “reparations loan” for defense necessarys through the budobtain (including payments to military personnel)
According to the committee head, Brussels is discussing the terms for continuing and strengthening reforms in the context of providing the reparations loan.
They also note that state budobtain revenues for the year exceeded the plan by 53.3 billion hryvnias – Pidlasa.
As previously reported, on October 1 the European Commission allocated Ukraine the ninth tranche of macro-financial assistance in the amount of 4 billion euros. The EU reaffirmed its commitment to supporting Ukraine in the context of Ursula von der Leyen’s statement on providing 6 billion euros as an advance contribution to the ERA initiative.
