There are only two Portuguese startups that have built it on the ranking ‘Sifted 250 – The Fastest-growing European Startups in 2025’.
They are sheerMe and Bloq.it. sheerMe has developed a beauty and wellness services booking and payment platform and comes in in 38th place in the ranking that has been viewing at the evolution of financial revenues and growth of companies
sheerMe operates in the Portuguese, Spanish and Brazilian markets and enjoyed a 330.95% growth, ensuring its place among the top 50 of the 250 listed in the ranking.
The startup has already been highlighted as among those which have grown the most in the South Europe and France region by the publication.
Bloq.it, in 75th position, is a logistics startup that raised €28 million in a Series B round in May to accelerate its overseas growth in markets such as Belgium and the United Kingdom saw a growth of 240.04%, putting it in the top 100.
The second edition of the ranking was led by the German startup FINN while the ranking was dominated by the UK, Germany and France (55% of startups) with the UK having 85 companies on the list (68 in 2024).
