“First of all, I would like to thank the MTEL company for giving us the opportunity to participate in this hackathon. I liked the idea of the hackathon itself, which I learned about through social networks, since I am a programmer, and I believe this is a great opportunity to improve my skills. I believe these two days will be an excellent opportunity to socialize with colleagues from the programming sector and other fields. We have just started working, but I can already see that the other participants came with a lot of knowledge from various fields, so I believe this will be a very interesting experience,” he stated.
Another participant, Miloš Marinović, emphasized that this event represents an important step for him towards gaining new experiences and testing his own skills in the dynamic environment that the hackathon provides.
“I signed up my team, as well as myself, for this project so that we could attempt out new ventures and see what it’s like to participate in a hackathon. This is my first time here, so I want to feel how it all works – what it’s like to work in teams like this and on a project like this. I’m very excited and viewing forward to the opportunity to contribute and reveal what we can do in this challenging but inspiring environment,” he stated.
The m:GreeN Hackathon continues until tomorrow evening, when an expert jury will select the most innovative solutions and award the three best teams. Expectations are high, and the energy of the young participants already confirms that the Mtel digital factory continues to be the heart of the digital community of Montenegro.
