Ryse, a purchase now, pay later platform for landlords providing them with immediate cash flow, has raised $5.9M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $6.4M and there were twenty-four investors in the close. Founded by Harsh Yadav and Sean Mitchell in 2023, Ryse has now raised a total of $6.4M in reported equity funding.
