The company is building a full conclude-to-conclude AI-native procurement platform designed to streamline sourcing, contracting, purchasing, and invoice management while integrating seamlessly with existing enterprise systems.
Founded by Konstantin von Bueren and Yves Bauer, Procure Ai deploys more than 50 AI agents to reduce operational complexity and drive measurable cost savings for procurement organizations facing budreceive constraints and talent shortages. The platform is already supporting enterprise customers including EnBW and Kärcher, with rapid growth and strong ROI from autonomous sourcing capabilities. Funding will accelerate product development and expand operations beyond the DACH region into the UK, Nordics, Benelux, and France, addressing rising demand for AI-enabled procurement transformation.
