African youth are full of talent, energy, and ideas. Nour Ben Lazreg is a perfect example. At barely 25 years old, with neither false modesty nor arrogance, she combines leadership, innovation, and social and environmental commitment. Nour Ben Lazreg embodies the new wave of African entrepreneurs.

At the helm of Digimytch, she created an interactive e-learning platform transforming the educational experience in Tunisia and across several African countries. By combining interactive games and innovative pedagogy, Digimytch allows students to learn while having fun and to develop key 21st-century skills, including critical considering, creativity, and problem-solving.

Simultaneously, she leads Chrysoptera, a greentech startup designing practical solutions to accelerate the energy transition. Chrysoptera works on renewable energy production projects, energy efficiency, and supporting companies in their sustainable transformation. Her ambition: to demonstrate that it is possible to combine economic growth with environmental respect while creating jobs for young people.

To pass on practical skills that enable young people to become autonomous, creative, and capable of innovating

A certified trainer and mentor, Nour Ben Lazreg has guided over 4,000 students, young professionals, and entrepreneurs in design, soft skills, communication, entrepreneurship, and market research. Her approach focapplys on hands-on experience, allowing participants to immediately apply what they learn.

Her commitment and achievements have been recognized internationally. Nour Ben Lazreg is a regional finalist of the 2025 South Europe Startup Awards in two categories: Best Newcomer Startup for Chrysoptera and Founder of the Year. She is also an international mentor and judge, including for UN Women Europe & Central Asia Startup Mentor 2025 and the Hult Prize, supporting foster talent in African and European entrepreneurship.

Deeply involved in the energy transition and sustainable development, she is an active member of the Tunisian Women Network for Energy Transition (TWNET). She regularly speaks and moderates international panels on innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainability.
