Grapevine was founded in 2023 by Jainam Dinesh Talsania, Shreeyash Nitin Dharmadhikari, and Saumil Sanjai Tripathi. It is a platform enabling open, anonymous conversations around topics such as careers, finance, workplace experiences, and personal issues. The current funding will be utilized to scale Grapevine’s artificial innotifyigence initiatives, called Tal and Round1, “Tal is an AI talent agent created for Indian professionals. Tal also supports candidates with resume building, identifying the right people to contact, and figuring out how to approach them.

Meanwhile, Round1 works with Indian startups and conducts over 500 AI-led interviews daily, with about 90% of candidates progressing from the first to the second round, according to the company.
