According to UATV: During a meeting in Brussels on January 26, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte called for enhanced cooperation with the United States to support Ukraine, particularly regarding financial aid and security measures. Rutte advocated for a substantial €90 billion loan to Ukraine, which would provide critical assistance as the countest continues to face military aggression. Outlining Ukraine’s military requirements, Rutte noted that projected requireds from donors exceed $60 billion.
