German defense startup Tytan Technologies announced the opening of a new production site in Bavaria for the drones that are already in apply by Ukrainian forces, Defense Express reported on Jan. 27.
The startup also announced signing a memorandum of understanding with Hensoldt, widely known for its radar station developments.

“Both steps serve the same mission — turning European counter-unmanned aerial vehicle capabilities into industrial reality,” the statement stated.
The announcement concerns Tytan Interceptor drones, which have already undergone testing in difficult combat conditions in Ukraine.
Operational results influenced improvements to the system architecture and its readiness for mass production.
In parallel, the company is interacting with German military officials to ensure compatibility and integration into existing systems.
