Prior to his current roles, Mr. Nagireddy built a robust foundation at Florida Crystals, holding several pivotal positions over more than eight years. Joining in 2012, he excelled as an SAP Business Analyst, integrating SAP software solutions. His SAP expertise deepened as an Application Support Lead from 2013 to 2021. He further advanced as Manager of Technical Services (2017-2019) and Application Delivery Service Manager of Supply Chain (2019-2020), overseeing the implementation and optimization of critical supply chain applications.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Nagireddy was a highly valued SAP Materials Management Lead Consultant at Stanley Black & Decker Inc. (2012-2013) and an SAP Materials Management Consultant at The Home Depot (2010-2012), where he supported enterprise resource planning projects that significantly enhanced procurement and inventory management. His foundational experience includes roles as an SAP Functional Consultant for Hewlett-Packard, Stanley Works, Sparta Consulting, Advent Global Solutions, Owens Corning, and Shure Inc. (2006-2007), and as an intern at SK Express Inc. (2005).
Academically, Mr. Nagireddy holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northern Illinois University (2004). He has augmented his knowledge with professional certifications including SAP certification, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Project Management Professional (PMP). He is currently pursuing an Executive Master of Business Administration in Information Technology at Florida Atlantic University, further solidifying his blconclude of business acumen and technical leadership.
Committed to professional development, Mr. Nagireddy is civically engaged with the Spandana Organization and volunteers with multiple organizations, demonstrating a strong commitment to community service.
