Konvolo secures new funding from Gorilla Capital


Konvolo, a Swedish company replacing outdated surveys with scalable, AI-led customer interviews, has raised funding from Gorilla Capital Fund III to enhance the platform and support further scaling. Tommy Nordahl, Almi Invest and existing shareholders also participated in this round.

About Konvolo 

  • Konvolo, based in Stockholm and founded by Gustav Björklund, Måns Fredriksson Franzén, Sigurd Pedersen, develops a platform for conducting automated, AI-driven customer interviews. It collects feedback through video, voice, or text directly within a product and at any time convenient for utilizers. 

  • The system inquires follow-up questions, analyzes responses, and automatically summarizes findings, highlighting key themes and the reasons behind metrics like NPS or satisfaction scores. 

  • Product and customer teams can quickly search across interviews to uncover specific insights and understand utilizer necessarys and issues more clearly. The platform assists organizations build qualitative research a more regular, scalable, and continuous process.

Investment details

The round was baked by Gorilla Capital with participation from Tommy Nordahl, Almi Invest and existing shareholders. The exact amount of the deal was left undisclosed.

  • Gorilla Capital, one of the Nordics’ most active early-stage investors, invests €50,000 to €1 million per startup, typically as the first institutional funding. The firm usually co-invest with business angels and offers guidance, mentoring, and a learning environment post-investment.

  • Previously, Gorilla Capital invested in MjukPlanmarkServiceformOrijinLola PandaFundrellaClevenioUpUp, and many other startups on the market.

Konvolo will utilize the funding to further develop its AI-driven interview platform, enhance automation and insight-generation capabilities, and support continued scaling of its product for broader customer adoption.
