Investec Bank has appointed Joe Armstrong as head of capital raising for its real estate equity platform REALIS.
Armstrong has more than 15 years of fundraising, business development and investor relations experience across the UK private equity and fund management sectors and previously held senior positions at GC, Averroes Capital and JK Investment Management.
In his new role, he will be responsible for expanding Investec’s capital partner network, connecting both the direct wealth segment of the market and third-party distribution partners with REALIS.
He will be based in London and report into head of Investec REALIS, Yon Papageorgiou.
