
Hammerer Aluminium Industries has acquired a stake in Aluminij Industries, in a strategic shift to strengthen its footprint in Europe’s aluminium sector and advance its growth and sustainability ambitions. This development was welcomed by M.T. Abraham Group, which also remains a major stakeholder in Aluminij.
