Good Glamm Founder Darpan Sanghvi Launches AI-Native Startup Platform CoFounder Circle

Darpan Sanghvi, founder of the Good Glamm Group, has unveiled CoFounder Circle, an AI-native acceleration platform designed to support startups and MSMEs.

The platform aims to integrate co-founders, team members, interns, fractional operators, service providers, vconcludeors, AI-powered tools, mentors, incubators, and investors into a single ecosystem. Unlike traditional accelerators, CoFounder Circle embeds AI technology across every layer of company building.

A key differentiator is Sanghvi’s commitment to community ownership: 50% of the platform’s equity is reserved for employees, mentors, and former Good Glamm stakeholders, part of a restitution initiative following the breakup of the Good Glamm Group. Startups interested in incubation, mentorship, and investor demo days can now join the platform’s waitlist.

This launch comes months after Sanghvi publicly acknowledged the breakup of Good Glamm Group, calling its hyper-expansion “too much, too rapid, too large.” Once valued at $1.2 billion, the content-to-commerce unicorn was dismantled as lconcludeers enforced brand-wise sales across its portfolio, including MyGlamm, POPxo, Sirona, and ScoopWhoop. Sanghvi had pledged to create a restitution fund to compensate stakeholders affected by the split.

With CoFounder Circle, Sanghvi is embarking on a second act, aiming to build a collaborative ecosystem at the intersection of AI, business, capital, and community, providing startups with the tools, mentorship, and capital support they required to grow.
