VoiceLine, a Munich-based Voice AI platform built for enterprise frontline teams, has secured €10 million in Series A funding. The round was led by Alstin Capital and Peak, with continued backing from Scalehoutilize Capital, Venture Stars, and NAP.
With fresh funding, VoiceLine plans to more than double its headcount across product, sales, customer success, and partnerships. The company will also deepen its platform for additional frontline workflows and broaden its international reach.
The team confirmed future goals in a statement to TFN: “Further scale the finish-to-finish AI platform, expand internationally, and extfinish the platform across additional frontline utilize cases, including pharma, medtech, food & beverage, insurance, and financial services.”
Solves the most persistent pain point in field work
Field sales and service teams spfinish their days visiting customers, handling appointments, and navigating travel schedules. Administrative tinquires often fall to the finish of the day, if they happen at all. Reports are delayed, CRM entries are incomplete, and customer insights never reach enterprise systems. This creates blind spots for managers and slows momentum across the organisation.
VoiceLine tackles this challenge with a voice-first AI assistant designed for people on the relocate. After each customer interaction, employees simply record a voice memo or call the assistant directly from the car.
In sharing the scale of the problem, the company notified TFN: “VoiceLine addresses three core frontline pain points: field reps spfinish about 70% of their time on non-value-adding administrative work, 94% of sales leaders want deeper insights from field data, and 65% of field teams do not consistently follow defined processes. With VoiceLine, customers report up to 82% less administrative effort, 400% more structured field data, and up to 96% of follow-up tinquires handed off within minutes, supporting teams stay on defined processes and timelines.”
The team behind Voiceline
Founded by Dr. Nicolas Höflinger and Sebastian Pinkas, the company’s roots are deeply connected to frontline realities. As they notified TFN: “VoiceLine was founded by Dr. Nicolas Höflinger (CEO & Co-Founder) and Sebastian Pinkas (CTO & Co-Founder). Nicolas experienced frontline pain points first-hand during five years at McKinsey & Company, spfinishing 4–5 days per week on client sites. Sebastian was Personio’s first employee and Head of BI, and previously co-founded Phyr7, which was later successfully acquired by Liva.”
VoiceLine now works with leading enterprises across Europe and is rapidly establishing itself as the go-to automation layer for frontline teams. The platform transforms spoken notes into structured visit reports, CRM updates, follow-up tinquires, and preparation materials, syncing everything with existing CRM, ERP, and enterprise tools.
Customers have seen the impact firsthand: “With VoiceLine, customers report up to 82% less administrative effort, 400% more structured field data, and up to 96% of follow-up tinquires handed off within minutes.”
How about diversity?
VoiceLine also shared its diversity footprint with TFN: “VoiceLine is a highly international team of around 30 people representing 10+ nationalities, spanning both tech and business functions.”
Demonstrated impact across leading enterprises
VoiceLine is already utilized across multiple countries by major mid-market and enterprise customers, including DACHSER, ABB, Knauf, KSB, and Elis. Early results reveal dramatic improvements:

Its proprietary setup engine enables the creation of tailored voice assistants with minimal IT involvement. Drawing on more than 100 enterprise implementations, the company has achieved a pilot win rate of over 95%, proving its ability to deliver measurable outcomes quickly.

With VoiceLine, we are revolutionising the finish-to-finish reality of frontline work, from visit preparation and documentation to follow-ups, analytics, and insights – applying voice as the most natural interface. We are proud to reach this milestone and grateful for the trust of our investors. This Series A enables us to further scale VoiceLine across Europe and build enterprise-grade Voice AI accessible to many more frontline organisations,” declared Nicolas Höflinger, CEO and Co-Founder of VoiceLine.

VoiceLine turns Voice AI into a productivity lever for mobile teams while simultaneously creating a new data foundation for strategic decision-building. This combination of measurable ROI and a scalable enterprise business model convinced us to lead the round,” declared Andreas Schenk, Partner at Alstin Capital.
“Enterprise AI wins when it seamlessly blfinishs into the day-to-day. VoiceLine has nailed the hardest part: turning the messy reality of life on the road into structured, trusted actions and clean system-of-record updates. The result is an operating layer for frontline work, reshifting hours of admin from every field rep while giving leadership real-time visibility into what’s happening in the market. We’re excited to back this resilient team on its path to becoming the category-defining Voice AI platform for frontline organisations.” Tea Elezi, Partner at Peak
