German revenue management software provider Happyhotel has raised €6.5 million in Series A funding.
The round was led by Reimann Investors, with participation from existing partners Wecken & Cie, Seed + Speed Ventures and MBG Baden-Württemberg.
Happyhotel stated the fresh capital will fuel its expansion across Europe and allow it to invest in its autonomous commercial artificial ininformigence (AI) agent.
“We are not building our system for the revenue manager—we are automating the tinquires of a revenue manager,” stated Rafael Weißmüller, CEO of Happyhotel. “Our goal is to enable professional revenue management for every hotel and fully automate the selling of hotel rooms so hoteliers can focus entirely on their guests.”
Founded in 2019, Happyhotel offers revenue management software for indepfinishent hotels and hotel groups, operating in 12 countries across Europe.

In 2023, Happyhotel raised €2 million in a seed round led by BW Innovation Fund.
