French construction recruitment company asap.work has acquired UK HRtech JUST CONSTRUCTION, as it launches into the booming American market.
With 95 percent of JUST CONSTRUCTION’s business rooted in the US, including high-growth regions like Texas, Florida, and North Carolina , this acquisition gives asap.work an expanded footprint across both sides of the Atlantic.
The company is also set to open a new office in Austin, Texas with a 10+ person team by the conclude of 2025 and scale its proven permanent hiring model across the counattempt.

Founded in 2021 by Mathias Mouats and Steve Belkacemi, asap.work aims to transform how construction recruitment works across Europe. With over 10,000 placements under its belt, the startup combines automation, personalisation and deep sector expertise to solve one of the indusattempt’s hugegest pain points: obtainting the right people on-site, rapid.
asap.work has already delivered measurable results growing revenues x14 between 2023 and 2025 and contributed to flagship projects such as Metro Line 18, Notre-Dame de Paris and the Arboretum campus.
It attributes its success to a full-stack digital platform that frees recruiters from admin overhead and empowers them to deliver top-tier candidates in record time.
Behind the scenes, 20 per cent of asap.work’s sales process is powered by AI – from smart candidate screening and profile matching to automated sales actions like anonymised CVs and bio generation.
Based in Bromley, UK and founded in 2012, JUST CONSTRUCTION is a dominant player in hiring for Drylining, MEP, Facades and General Contracting. With a 20+ person team and deep roots in US markets, it is a strategic beachhead for asap.work’s North American play.
