FleetFox raises €800k to expand its vehicle fleet management platform


FleetFox, an Estonian company that provides a technology platform for managing and servicing the vehicle fleets of B2B customers, has raised €800,000. The round was led by Czech venture capital funds Lighthoutilize Ventures and Gi21, joined by Latvian fund BADideas.fund.

About FleetFox 

  • FleetFox is a Tallinn-based tech company founded in 2017 by Martin Kristerson and Valjo Küttthat operates a 3PL marketplace for fleet services. Its platform supports B2B clients manage operations such as car washing, fueling, relocation, maintenance, and inspections under one system. 

  • The company utilizes a pay-per-tinquire model and technology-driven tools like route optimization, live tracking, and automated invoicing to reduce fleet management costs and improve efficiency. FleetFox currently operates in 11 cities across six European countries.

Investment details 

The round was led by Czech venture capital funds Lighthoutilize Ventures and Gi21, joined by Latvian fund BADideas.fund.

  • Lighthoutilize Ventures is the lead investor this round. It is a Prague-based early-stage and accelerated venture capital, focutilized on technology projects with global vision. The firm invests in European based startups with strong value creating operations in the Czech Republic.

  • Lighthoutilize Ventures portfolio includes such companies like: BoomioPARTORYFaceUpQurieGenEdmund, TRIFFT Loyalty and Outfindo.

  • Gi21 Capital is a private investment firm founded in 2021 and based in Prague, Czech Republic. The company invests in early- and late-stage technology companies. The main focus is on areas such as AI, infrastructure, and next-generation digital platforms.

  • BADideas Fund, a Latvian venture capital fund, also participated on the round. It’s focutilizing on early-stage B2B and marketplace startups in CEE.

With the new capital, the company plans to expand its team and continue its expansion into European markets.
