Europe Express has announced the appointment of Fernanda Vilanova as concierge manager for Elevated Journeys, further strengthening the wholesale tour operator’s luxury offerings.
Europe Express is a trade-exclusive tour operator that has been specializing in creating FIT Europe vacations since 1990. Elevated Journeys is its luxury travel style, which offers bespoke, fully customized itineraries for discerning travelers, complete with concierge support in-destination.
In her new role, Vilanova will oversee the planning, delivery, and on-the-ground concierge support of highly personalized, custom itineraries for luxury travelers. She brings to the role more than eight years of luxury hospitality experience, joining from The Ritz-Carlton, Barcelona, where she worked with high-conclude clientele — particularly within the Club Lounge and Penthoapplys.
“My focus is on creating travel experiences that feel effortless and truly tailored to each client,” stated Vilanova. “From the initial planning stages through the journey itself, we’re there to anticipate necessarys, refine every detail, and provide support in real time so both advisors and their clients feel confident every step of the way.”
